About Emma Charlton

Emma has been specialising in the field of fertility since 2012.  She has enhanced her core training with specialist courses in Fertility Yoga, Fertility Hypnosis, Fertility Reflexology (Reproductive Reflexology) and Fertility Massage. In addition she continues to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (Tuina & Acupuncture).

In 2013 Emma founded the Bristol Fertility Support Group.  The group has connected and supported many people through their fertility journeys.

She works on the mantra that prevention is better than cure, so as well as offering treatments such as sports massage and injury rehabilitation - integrating spinal manipulations, myofascial cupping and pregnancy massage - she is also passionate about education and rehabilitation.

At a stressful time Emma helped me to relax in a calm and lovely setting with hypnotherapy. This was followed later with a fertility massage which I also found very relaxing and felt like taking a pro active step in my fertility journey. One month later I’m pregnant! I couldn’t recommend Emma more highly and she wasn’t the first therapist I’d tried.”

”Emma’s fertility massage was very relaxing and really helped me to feel positive about my fertility journey. This obviously helped as after 18 months of trying, within 3 months of her massage I was pregnant!”

”I would just say that it was firstly very relaxing during such a stressful and highly emotional time. Also that it was good to be able to have the meditation methods to help clear the mind of stress. But more than that it was important to be able to have the affirmations to be repeat positive thoughts and feelings as infertility can create a lot of negative feelings and self doubt or even blame. It was always lovely to talk about things with you as I felt you really listened and could help things seem more positive.
