Just as an athlete has a coach to help them achieve excellence, our wellness coach will help motivate, encourage and support you to achieve your wellness ambitions.
What is it for?
We use neurolinguistic psychotherapy techniques (NLP) to address negative thought patterns and their associated behaviour to help you overcome the mental and physical hurdles in your life.
Who is it for?
Coaching aids positive change in your outlook, helps you grow in confidence and can help to address mental health issues like depression, anxiety, or stress. It can also help you to manage the symptoms of chronic medical conditions or debilitating phobias.
What should I expect?
Sessions are confidential, last an hour and can be booked in blocks of 3 or 6 weeks. We offer an initial complimentary no obligation consultation. After that, prices start from £95 per session.

Lisa is a professional counsellor and psychotherapist.
Having been through it herself, her passion is helping people to manage and overcome chronic medical conditions (for example M.E or fibromyalgia). She sincerely believes it is possible for anyone to overcome health concerns by drawing on the resources they already possess using neurolinguistic psychotherapy techniques.
Lisa is an accredited Coaching Practitioner, NLP Coach and Youth Coach as well as being a certified Hypnotherapy Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner.
