James has been working within the fitness industry since 2011 and has helped hundreds of people through personal training and individually designed fitness programs.

James’ goal is to help clients realise their full potential. He works with clients to achieve alignment through a combination of personalised fitness, health, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

What should I expect?
Sessions last 1 hour and can be booked individually or as 5 or 10 session blocks. Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing.

About James Grogan
James studied as an OPEX Coach and has also achieved qualifications in British Weightlifting at Level 2, Precision Nutrition and a Premier Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy.
He has several years of experience of working with clients from different backgrounds and fitness levels. James’ breadth of professional knowledge and an adaptable coaching philosophy enables his clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.
