Dietetics

Our dietician can assess and treat diet and nutrition-related issues and give you practical, evidence-based advice.

What is dietetics?

Dietitians specialise in applying scientific expertise in food and nutrition to recommend dietary advice to people with specific medical conditions, lifestyle goals or diet-related issues.

What is it for?

Some dietitians are employed in the NHS, but many also work in the food industry, education, research or work in private one-to-one sessions within the community.

Who is it for?

Your GP or consultant may have referred you to us for help with a medical condition such as IBS or diabetes. Or you may just want practical advice to help you accomplish improvements to your health.

What should I expect?

Sessions are confidential, last an hour and may be scheduled as a course of treatment. Prices start from £45.
