Finished to an incredibly high standard and packed full of brand new, leading edge Star Trac fitness equipment it is a truly inspiring, yet comfortable, environment to train. There are no burly gym instructors, groups of intimidating young lads, pieces of equipment that you have to wait for and then have no idea how to use, and cramped changing facilities – just you, your trainer and our inspiring space.

Various other training options are available, including outdoor exercise, training at home, and group work out sessions, as it is vital you feel comfortable in the environment you train in. Each training solution and exercise program will be designed specifically for you, your goals, likes and dislikes.

Sara Anderson, founder of The Wellbeing Studio, is a highly regarded Personal Trainer holding a degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences, a Diploma in Personal Training, and is registered at Level 3 with the Register of Exercise Professionals. She has led a successful career in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years.

‘You are not the same as any of my other clients, and so I won't treat you as such. I will take the time to listen to you and create a bespoke training program to suit you and your needs, whatever you wish to achieve. Personal Trainer

Jon is a registered exercise professionals (REPs) level 3 Personal Trainer and current degree student in Sport, Coaching and Fitness. His background in training was developed during a professional Rugby career for 9 seasons with Northampton Saints, Exeter Chiefs, Plymouth Albion and Nottingham Rugby.

He has knowledge in multiple training disciplines in particular body weight management, core strengthening and strength & power training. He has a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness and health related goals, whatever they might be.

Jon likes to create a friendly, relaxed and enjoyable training environment specifically tailored to you and your health goals.
