Sara Jane Anderson - Nutritional Therapist & Personal Trainer
The Wellbeing Studio was founded by Sara Jane Anderson in 2011. Her vision was to create a client focussed studio offering selected complementary therapies in an inspirational, exclusive atmosphere. Sara wanted to ensure every client receives the highest standard of natural, holistic health care enabling them to reach their health goals and ultimately, wellbeing.

The Wellbeing Studio - Sara Jane Anderson“After many years in the health industry I know a holistic approach to health is by far the most effective, and I acknowledge that certain key therapies work incredibly well alongside each other. With this in mind I created The Wellbeing Studio where core ‘body’ therapies such as personal training and massage are offered alongside core ‘mind’ therapies such as hypnotherapy and counselling. This enables a combined therapy approach which ultimately provides the best possible natural health care. For example a client who is looking to lose weight will benefit much more from a combination of nutritional therapy, personal training and hypnotherapy, rather than a single therapy alone e.g. dieting. All too often therapists and centres simply promote the one therapy they offer and do not really consider the most important person – you, the client. It has always been my dream to create a unique studio that exists for the sole purpose of improving our clients health, and I feel so lucky to have realised this dream”.

Sara has led a successful career in the health and fitness industry for over 13 years and the concept of The Wellbeing Studio is a culmination of her extensive knowledge, experience and passion for health and wellness. She is a highly qualified nutritional therapist, a personal training expert, sports nutrition and fertility specialist and freelance health and fitness writer.

“I started my sessions with Sara nearly 2 years ago and I still find each session stretching, interesting and enjoyable. I have never maintained a fitness programme for this length of time before. Because Sara varies the programme and activities each week I have never had the chance to get bored (unlike fitness classes where you often do the same thing each week!). There has never been anything I haven’t enjoyed and even when I have found some aspects tougher I know it’s worth gritting my teeth and battling on as I will reap the benefits in coming weeks and see improvements in what I can achieve.
